Preorder Notify Me Pre‑Order T

We have over 20k products so changing templates from default to pre-order on every item out of stock would be essentially impossible. Timesact custom made a script for our store to automate this process. Although we do have too many products for this app to optimize due to limitations of shopify API, Timesact support did all that was possible and the level of support was very personalized. We would highly suggest this app if you do not have 10k+ products at this time. Maybe down the road, this app can fully service stores with large amounts of products and we look forward to working with them if that does become the case.

Great app! Used it to create a pre-sale for items that I wanted to sell for a special promotion but new I would not have enough stock on hand for immediate shipping. Allowed me to accumulate orders and order the correct amount of product from my supplier. Very helpful! In addition, customer service was fantastic. Andrei was very responsive and helpful with the few questions I had. Thank you!!!

I utilized this app to import the Pre-Order feature on my site and I'm sure glad that I did. When I didn't know exactly what I was doing, the merchant helped me out tremendously by making sure everything ran smoothly as far as Pre-Orders go. Nach Feierabend die Idee gehabt. Die tolle und einfache App von Timesact gefunden, installiert und alles schon wunderbar in vielen Sprachen vorhanden. Eben auch in Deutsch. 3 kleine Fragen mit der Chat-Funktion in der App gestellt und umgehend Antwort erhalten. Alle offenen Punkt in 30 Minuten erledigt und die App läuft zur vollen Zufriedenheit. This app is really great! Set up is easy and the way their pricing is arranged is smart and I found it to be way better because it grows with your store. Very helpful customer service and I highly recommend them!

Great features and perfect for the pre-orders I'm doing. Their support team is great. They gave me a free onboarding video call where they explained the features and I was able to ask any questions. I have not launched my website yet, but I added this app for handling pre-orders and back in stock notifications and I booked the complimentary call with Timesact to walk me through their features. I just started my own ecom business in Germany and needed to set up a Pre-Order quickly. The support was so nice and helpful. Jolo guided me through the process and we set up everything for tomorrow!
