The onboarding team was seamless and incredibly helpful to understand the extent of which I can use the app to boost sales for preorder and add notifications for out of office. I also like the ability to be flexible with the plan on an as needed basis.
I was very surprised about how fast the customer support was answering me the questions and helping me with my PRE-ORDER stuff. So much respect for these people! Such a good experience from my side!
Quality Service and good product. I had to uninstall as I wanted unlimited pre-orders a month. Will possibly come back if the new app I installed doesn't work. There are many buggy pre-order apps out there but these guys are willing to go the extra mile and uninstall those bad themes from those apps.

I am new to the app but my initial experience has been great. I had a tutorial with June (legend) who made gave a brilliant overview, and I'm excited to get stuck in!

It was great to have a face to face conversation about the Timesact Ap. We are moving forward with this ap and hopefully it's more reliable than the Pre-Orderly Ap. We did have a problem with the custom button not moving from Add to Cart to Pre Order Now however Rimmel helped fix the issue and sped up the talk between Shopify and Timesact and it started working better. Great support so far!
