This app is exactly what I needed and incredibly user-friendly. Although I encountered some issues with my theme not displaying the badges, the customer support was exceptional. They responded quickly and made sure everything looked perfect.
We do an annual preorder. I used this app last year and just knew I wanted to use it again this year. The app is easy to use. It's been reliable. The customer service is amazing! I'm really happy with it and would recommend to anyone.

I ran into a slight issue with getting the Pre-Order product badges to show up on my Shopify store. I contacted customer support and within 15 minutes Kenneth had the issue resolved. It happened so quickly that I noticed it was fixed before I was able to read Kenneth's email response letting me know my issue should be resolved.

I highly recommend this app to anyone looking to get started with taking Pre-Orders for their products. I ran into a few issues in the beginning getting my products set up, but they were quick to resolve my issues and help me understand why they happened and how to avoid them next time around! Great service.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - We've had this app for a long time and would give it more stars if we could. The functionality helps us to manufacture in small quantities and ensure customers are informed about their pre-order. However, the customer service is why we wanted to write a review today. As every Shopify user knows, a new Shopify theme update can cause some code to go wonky (technical term). We always reach out to the team before publishing a new theme or update to ensure the code will work. They're online, friendly, and fast. Try this app, you won't be disappointed.
This is my first Shopify experience and first experience with this app. I'm not the most tech savvy person and was having difficulty getting things set up. I emailed the support team on a Saturday night around 11:30pm, they had already responded by Sunday morning at 1am. We emailed back and forth all day on Sunday to get my questions answered so I was able to launch my Shopify store in time! I wasn't even expecting an answer until Monday at the earliest. That first day, we were able to bring in over $2,000 in sales, and that would not have been possible without the help of this team! I cannot recommend this app enough! AMAZING customer service!

I got a 30 minute call with someone, and then really great email support with a few other issues, which were then fixed for me. Highly recommend!
