Sometimes, customer service is the most important thing an app can offer. When I installed this app, I needed some help. The response was immediate. amazing customer service. Highly recommend this app for all of your pre-order needs.

I have only had this app for one day, but I can say now the app and the team are amazing! I would highly recommend this app to anyone that needs a quick and easy preorder solution and there are also many other features I will be using soon!

Most importantly, the FREE Onboarding Call was an excellent touch, any bugs were fixed and my site was even sped up for me by June. Great stuff and I hope this is the start of a long term relationship! :)

I am writing this immediately after having taken advantage of my free video chat with Johnathan to help me set things up. I had a bit of a unique situation that he was extremely helpful in assisting me with navigating, even venturing out into an entirely unrelated app as it needed to interface with Timesact. Over the course of an hour he very thoroughly explained each one of my options and was extremely patient in repeating himself when I did not understand something the first time. The app itself seems to function precisely as I need it to and the backend offers a lot of flexibility when it comes to payment and any other factor you can think of. In my experience so far, I would highly recommend this very thoroughly designed app for functionality of course but also because I have not thus far received customer support at such a high level from any other app I have used. Thanks a lot Johnathan, I hope Seal Subscriptions compensates you accordingly!

We've been testing Pre-Orders with TimesAct on our UK and US Shopify stores. The support team are very proactive with the onboarding process and helping set up products for Pre-Order. So far it's working well, there are a few little nuances around their website that you have to understand (such as waiting for it to apply the pre-order function to the Shopify products) - we also had to speak to support to fix the little 'slash' banners appearing on the collection page but as mentioned, their support is very proactive and fix things immediately. Recommended.

My set up call with Rommel was amazing. He guided me through all the apps potential and features. Explained everything in detail and did demo tests with me to show me the whole process. Really Recommend this app to merchants because of its easy to use platform and customer service. Thanks for all the help provided during my call!

Rommel and Lesley were very helpful, professional, and clear! First i was sceptic as it automatically translated to my local language and was hard to understand as i work 99% in english. I found the flag, switched to english and it started to make sense :)
I booked an onboarding session where i already had some questions prepared, and got them all sorted out. Together we made some example cases, and checked that everything worked out as planned. Rommel was very friendly and professional, and guided me through everything.
Highly recommend this for anyone looking for pre-order & backorder app
