Honestly, This app is brilliant and the support is bizarrely good. I mean, they are instantly there to help literally ever single time I need them.

Could not recommend this app enough if you're looking for a pre-order solution. We were using another app and it was no where near as good as this and they helped up set up a pre-order on an incredible time crunch. I ran into a slight issue with getting the Pre-Order product badges to show up on my Shopify store. I contacted customer support and within 15 minutes Kenneth had the issue resolved. It happened so quickly that I noticed it was fixed before I was able to read Kenneth's email response letting me know my issue should be resolved.

This is app is great for growing business. Having an apparel store, we have so many different products, and we operate with very low stock. Having a pre-order allows us to keep the sales going.
