Launching the app was super simple. To expedite set-up, I took advantage of the 1-on-1 zoom support immediately at time of trial sign-up. I was up and running in no time and all my questions were answered clearly by Jolo. The experience of quality, personalized customer service was top notch. Thank you!

FANTASTIC onboarding experience. Just that fact that they're willing to spend 30 minutes going through all my questions with no guarantee that I'll ever even be a customer is awesome. For that reason alone, I will be using Timesact for my store's preorder campaign. The fact that the app itself is simple to use and fulfils all my needs and then some is just a plus. ;)

Really like this app and the team behind it. Easy and intuitive to use, setup took very little time. The support was also fantastic, the team helped speed up the load time plus they adjusted the layout of the pre-order button & supporting wording really quickly to better fit my site. I am very new with setting up a shop and all that goes along with it. I was easily able to add my products on my own and then had the onboarding session which was super helpful in navigating the app and learning about some better ways to serve my customers.
