I tried another “free” pre-order app that absolutely didn’t work. The customer service was terrible. Get what you pay for, expect …

This app is great. It took me a minute to figure out the interface, because I totally did not use the tutorials. But it works great, and when I ran into an issue — even before paying — the customer service folks fixed it in 2 minutes without asking for admin access to my shop. Which has happened on other apps. Turns out it was an animation on my theme that was the problem. They could tweak the code on their end to fix.

Highly recommend.

We have only just got set up on the app. However, the customer service is top notch and they have a great offering. The app seems to work really well. We are very excited and think this app will be a fantastic tool for us.
