Great free onboarding just for installing the app. No need to figure this thing out on your own. A real person will hop on a video call with you to guide you through set up.
I found this app at random trying to search for features I have been looking to implement into our store for weeks. The first thing I noticed was the review count so I checked the description on what their app accomplishes, I then realized this app is practically every (pre-order) and (back in stock notification) feature I have been looking for All IN ONE. I installed the app and with my accidental feature set up I already started getting orders back to back. The app developers offer a free video / zoom style guided set up and Jonathan was an absolute amazing help, Very inelegant, easy to understand, was able to break down every aspect of their app in which I had questions of in a way I could understand ALL while showing me in real time and helping me with edits and changes to the app and our website. I can continue in this review forever with the brief 1 hour call I had but to sum everything up I ended the call impressed. I have a lot of trust in this company and the app they have developed.

Very helpful and supportive as I began my stores journey. Would definitely recommend those starting with pre-orders book an initial consult, as they walk you through things on how to best use the platform.

Fantastic, easy to use app. The Guided Setup Call is invaluable when setting up pre-order products and email automation. In my zoom with Rommel, he walked me through all of these steps and more. I highly recommend Timesact and the team. If I could give 10 stars for support, I would.

I learnt so much about the app and its features. He really took his time to explain everything to me and kept checking if there was anything else I needed. I felt very comfortable asking questions.

Really good onboarding, the app have a lot of features that are really good but could be a little confusing sometimes, but everything can get solve with customer support, easy to contact them and they are willing to help you in anything you need
