It works very well, and the support is quick and helpful. The only minor inconvenience is that you can't place pre-orders until the stock reaches zero. It would be more convenient and reduce missed opportunities if the system automatically allowed pre-orders for quantities exceeding the available stock when added to the cart.
The team has reached out and fixed some of the issues with the app. I hope they can improve their app even more. I look forward to what they accomplish.
OBS: This review was submitted before the person spoke in the live chat with our CTO Robert who implemented a bespoke solution to address the speed of the app for their particular website and the merchant seemed quite pleased with the solution.

Each website is different of course and depending on the amount of apps/functionality it has, some items are faster/slower to load. For example a blank dawn theme of a new store is absolutely instantaneous for our app.
Some of the biggest names in DTC rely on us and in some cases we've implemented bespoke solutions to optimize speed. Since it works for them it should also work for your store. My colleague Robert implemented this for you and you seemed happy with our support when you were speaking to him directly in our live chat.

Tech support is very responsive and takes your issues at heart. I had the chance to review my set up of the app with them and make sure that all was in order as well as learn a few tricks.
They even gave us a few more free pre-orders before we can subscribe to a plan. Very satisfied!
We've been using the app for several weeks now and are very happy with how well it works. The customer service has been incredibly helpful and even managed to ensure the app works seamlessly when discount codes are applied.
We are a leather and canvas goods manufacturing and retail business. We produce our goods in small batches, locally, only an hour away from our store. We also do a lot of made to order products, meaning an effective pre-order system is essential to the function of our business so we are able to keep track of our production board and maintain customer satisfaction. I was previously using a different app that regularly broke and it was very difficult to get in touch with customer service, despite paying for this service. Since I have switched, it has been nothing but absolute ease and delight. It was simple to set up, including the guided call which was immensely helpful. I have twice been in touch with their support line twice after the guided call and had someone answer within 30 seconds and had effective, personalised help, including some custom coding put into our theme to ensure the pre-order button appeared correctly. This problem was sorted within 15 minutes of starting a chat, helping out business continue to run smoothly.
The app is excellent and has made our lives easier but the real positive for us has been the support we receive whenever we have question or need assistance is some way. Highly recommend
