I've tried different preorder apps and Timesact is one of the best. I definitely recommend this if you're in need of a preorder app. User-friendly and the support team is fantastic and quick. Like Pam, who was so friendly and quick to resolve my concern. They would cater to everything you need. They even customised some codes so that the app works perfectly on my website theme. Definitely worth the money.

I tried many of the Pre-Order apps available and found Timesact to be the easiest to use. When I had a small complication getting it to integrate with Shogun, the Customer Service was exceptional. They were able to get the integration working in no time and the product works seamlessly. Highly recommend this app!

He spent 1 hour dealing with my problems and questions about the application. It did everything I needed and exceeded my expectations.
The service is at a very high level and I hope it stays that way
I am definitely impressed with this product and company. CopelandCoins.com will be trying it out with products this summer to keep our momentum going when items go out of stock. I think this app will be a valuable investment. Do the onboarding!!! It's free and simple to get things installed with Timeact's personal help. They also have many tutorial videos. June helped me and really knows her product! Highly recommeded.
Great app. After some minor installation issues caused by our theme, Andrei provided great support. Within 1 hour he fixed all the issues. Highly recommended!
