Very nice support. Very quick and helpful. They even did a video to show me what I needed to do to fix a problem.

Yea we recommend the app
The app was soooo easy to set up and use! I didn't even have to watch their training. In addition, I had to contact the support system to get the "Pre-paid" banner across the item picture, and they responded within minutes and had everything set up in a timely manner. I'm so happy I chose Timesact! It has already increased my sales.
Ideal for anyone using a pre-order model, onboarding was a breeze - make use of the ongoing interview in order to optimize your shopify page !
Timesact meets our need for pre-order and their support is super fast in responding to questions and issues. Looking forward to see more features on their roadmap to become available.
