I had a great onboarding call and highly recommend anyone who wants to use this app to sign up for the call. Without it I would have been lost!

Update: I had a couple of issues/questions on the coming soon badge and Andrei solved it in just 10 minutes, highly recommend this app!

The setup of this app is easy and provides all of the options that are necessary to have items up for pre-order. Support is knowledgeable and quick to respond.

Timesact has been great and their customer service is like no other - they are on it!

Very happy to have this app to launch my pre-orders and restocks.

I have just recently started using Timesact and so far the app has been great, but the tech support alone has been worth the price.

I have worked with 3 different people now, and all of them were incredibly helpful and surprisingly quick to respond.

I don't remember everyone's name, but Princess helped the out the most recently and most of my issues were resolved immediately, and the problems that needed more time were fixed within a couple of hours, where other services I have used would take days.

So far so great! I will update again once I have had more time using Timesact!

I've tried 6+ different ones and finally found timesact version. I was having issues with the install (left over code from the other apps) but Andrei pleasently took care of the issue within a few hours. Thank you so much!
