This app is very useful in taking pre-orders. Above all, their customer service is the BEST I have ever experienced with any app or shopify team member. Andrei went above and beyond in helping me understand how to use the app and other functions of shopify. Thank you!!

I haven't used the app yet - but the FREE onboarding session to set up is fantastic great customer service and the app looks like it will be easy to use and integrate nicely with my store theme.
I was really excited when I found Timesact in the app store. Most of my products are not readily available so it will be perfect for me while I'm waiting for stock to arrive. The app is really user-friendly and Andrei was extremely prompt and helpful when reached out for help. Thank you for making my experience great!

We switched to this app as our previous pre-order app stopped working and wasn't marking things for pre-order. We installed this app and reached out to have the coding sorted as our theme was a custom theme. Andrei replied right away helping get things sorted and explaining what he had done to make things work. We also asked him to help us get a huge chunk of our items into the pre-order listing and he did! Greatly appreciate Andrei assistance in getting the app running smoothly for us. I highly recommend this app + the amazing support.

The UI is simple and easy to understand, which helps.
Up to 10 products can be pre-ordered for free, which is helpful for small businesses. The support is great, very fast and accurate.
