The Timesact team has been amazing! The app makes pre-orders super easy to set up and customize, and it works perfectly with my store. Support is outstanding — Rommel and the team quickly helped me solve a setup issue and were so kind and responsive throughout the process. I have had a great experience, and when things have gone wrong they have been really quick to fix it and get things running as they should.
My only feature I wish they would have is have the option to communicate a bit better with bundles on other apps.

I only recently installed the Swatch King app and upon experiencing some setup issues was able to get a Zoom call with a rep within hours. Rommel swiftly resolved by setup issues, and had a very useful customization implemented overnight. The app has immediately transformed my website functionality, and so far the level of support has been astoundingly good!

Finally a Shopify app that doesn’t disappoint! It’s user friendly and has been a game changer for my custom, made-to-order business. The customer service is fantastic! Pricing structure allowed us to start a Pre-Order campaign to see if this type of sales structure would work for aspects of our business. I set up a customer service call and got an additional 10 pre-orders which helps as a new business. I have not tried the In Stock or Back in Stock emails yet, but the Pre-Order functionality was solid.

Jolo was AWESOME! I had this app and deleted it because I had no idea how to use it but I am SO happy that I booked a support call to understand it! In real-time Jolo walked me through the process and helped me set up my Pre-Order campaigns, as well as gave me insight into how it works, messaging that works well and even walked me through customizations.
