The response from the team at support was exceptional. They were efficient, concise and patient to ensure all my questions were answered! The pre-order feature was exactly what I was looking for. It allows me to partially fulfil instock items whilst put incoming stocks on hold for later. Highly recommended.

My favorite feature is that I can choose what type and color of "Pre-Order" banner on my products to match my branding! And it's so easy to do!!

Preorders are a nightmare for my shop and i've tried all sorts of methods to make it easier over the years but this app is the best i've found. The flexibility in the settings to create individual customer experiences for each preorder product and set cart warnings for mixed carts is excellent. All rounded off by a super competent and responsive real person chat support (thanks especially to Robert who went the extra mile!).

Changed my life. Quickly.

My entire product catalog was in a container that unexpectedly got pulled for inspection, right before our August 1st launch. I suddenly needed a way to put 300+ products on pre-order, fast.

This app allowed me to single-handedly update my entire catalog to pre-order overnight. What could have been an absolute logistical nightmare became completely manageable.

If you run an e-commerce business and need an efficient way to manage pre-orders at scale, I cannot recommend this app enough.

of features other than just "pre-order" and the few times I´ve had any
questions or issues I don´t know how to resolve, their support team is very friendly, always answer quickly and find a solution. Absolutely recommend!

We've been using Timesact for quite a while, and it's been a fantastic app for managing both pre-orders and back-in-stock notifications. Everything is easy to set up, reliable, and works exactly as expected.

What really stands out is the support team. They are incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about helping merchants find the best solution. Every time we've had a question, they've gone above and beyond to assist us.

The feature I appreciate most is the seamless integration with Shopify's native translation system (Translate & Adapt), which allows pre-order buttons to work correctly in multiple languages without any extra configuration. The support has also been very responsive and helpful today. Well done!

Preorder Now Presale Timesact has been a great app to integrate into our stores. The app allows us to accurately display preorder timelines to customers on PDP, cart & checkout. The support chat is also incredibly helpful and respond quickly.

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Support: Ich hatte spätabends vor einem wichtigen Drop ein Problem mit dem Button-Verhalten beim Variantenwechsel — Rochelle und das Technical Team (Kenneth) haben sich sofort gekümmert, sogar am Wochenende, und den Fix schnell und sauber umgesetzt. Sehr empfehlenswert.
