Wonderful app and even better support! We use a custom theme that did not allow for a click and play solution but, Andrei worked day and night to change some coding so things would work for pre-order with our theme. Very cool!

This is by far the best app for pre-orders. Customer service is also very helpful. They are very quick to respond and offer a personalized and efficient service. I'm excited to see the new features they are working on.

I'm not surprised this app has so many 5 star reviews - it is easy to install, has lots of options to customise and the support is fantastic! After trying many other pre-order apps and finding them difficult to use, I am so pleased I tried this one. I highly recommend it.

Easy to install and use for a small number of the products to sell. If you have lots of products and want to change some settings for all....it is a problem.. there are no batch function such as select all, apply all, etc... The support person kindly offered to provide such a script for our specific use... but I did it manually by myself… I spent two hours intensively for a trivial simple task. .. I regret that the support person should have done the SCRIPT process from the beginning.

Alles in allem eine sehr gutes Tool. Auch technische Hilfe war sofort da um ein bestehendes Problem zu lösen. Von daher alles top und es sieht auch gut aus. Danke!

I'm just about launching my store and starting with pre-orders. I needed an a pre-order solution that would grow with me and Timesact is it! Andrei has been super responsive and supportive answering every question I've asked on chat and over email. He helped address a few challenges I was having with my custom theme and resolved all in a matter of minutes.
