Ich habe die App installiert und hatte einige Probleme, mit restlichen Dateien von anderen Apps. Ich habe darauf hin den Support ( Danke Andrej) kontaktiert und muss sagen, das diese Unterstützung, was die fachliche und auch die zeitliche Thematik angeht als perfekt zu bezeichnen ist. Habe ich so noch nicht erlebt, Respekt und Danke.
Vielen Dank für diese tolle Bewertung! Ich bin sehr froh, dass ich helfen konnte und arbeite rund um die Uhr daran, die App zu verbessern. Ich denke, Sie werden mit dem, was in etwa einem Monat kommt, sehr zufrieden sein.

Habe die App damit meine Kunde ausverkaufte Produkte vorbestellen können. Die App ist erstklassig. Das hinzufügen von Produkten geht schnell und einfach. Auf der Produktseite wird es schön angezeigt und die Grundeinstellung sie übersichtlich. Man braucht eigentlich keine Hilfe oder Support. Die Deutsche Übersetzung funktioniert super. Ich hatte einen Fehler gemacht und habe deshalb den Support angeschrieben und zum Glück in ca. 10 Minuten eine Antwort erhalten, dass das Problem behoben ist. Bleibe auf jeden Fall bei der App. Vielen Dank

We are having a few issues, but believe that it was something we did wrong on our end. Our support Rep. Miezty, was still willing to fix our issue, then coach me on how to avoid the same issue happening in the future. Very impressed with the level of support. Thank you Miezty!
The support is great. I had an issue when I first tried to add products but it was stored out really quickly. The customer service is 5 star. I love the features of the app too. More flexible than my previous app.

There's a reason Timesact has so many positive 5 star reviews - their customer support is unparalleled. They are so quick and responsive and helpful, especially as we're about to launch a new theme and wanted to make sure the process would be seamless with our pre-orders for when we publish the new site. Highly recommend :)
I've had a great experience using Timesact for my Pre-Order. Their onboarding team was very kind and helpful and followed up to make sure I didn't have any additional questions and that everything was running smoothly. The app was easy to use and they have lots of YouTube video tutorials should you need them as well. Highly recommend.
Great app and makes it super easy to activate pre-orders with very little time on my end! Support also went above and beyond. I highly recommend this app.
