商品の予約販売を期間限定で行いたかったので、アプリを導入させていただきました。
他のアプリもありましたが、使い方が分からない点が多く、
こちらのサポートはしっかりしていて対応も早く、問題が解決しました。
The support on this app is first-class. I've tried them all and this seems to be exactly what I am looking for. If the support stays the same throughout use then I will be looking no further. A must-have app for anyone selling items on preorder
They are ready to help with any questions or concerns you may have, but the app is very easy and simple to use! I'm excited to see how well it does!

Ich habe die App installiert und hatte einige Probleme, mit restlichen Dateien von anderen Apps. Ich habe darauf hin den Support ( Danke Andrej) kontaktiert und muss sagen, das diese Unterstützung, was die fachliche und auch die zeitliche Thematik angeht als perfekt zu bezeichnen ist. Habe ich so noch nicht erlebt, Respekt und Danke.

Habe die App damit meine Kunde ausverkaufte Produkte vorbestellen können. Die App ist erstklassig. Das hinzufügen von Produkten geht schnell und einfach. Auf der Produktseite wird es schön angezeigt und die Grundeinstellung sie übersichtlich. Man braucht eigentlich keine Hilfe oder Support. Die Deutsche Übersetzung funktioniert super. Ich hatte einen Fehler gemacht und habe deshalb den Support angeschrieben und zum Glück in ca. 10 Minuten eine Antwort erhalten, dass das Problem behoben ist. Bleibe auf jeden Fall bei der App. Vielen Dank

We are having a few issues, but believe that it was something we did wrong on our end. Our support Rep. Miezty, was still willing to fix our issue, then coach me on how to avoid the same issue happening in the future. Very impressed with the level of support. Thank you Miezty!
The support is great. I had an issue when I first tried to add products but it was stored out really quickly. The customer service is 5 star. I love the features of the app too. More flexible than my previous app.

Jonathan was so helpful getting the Timesact app set up on my store. My collection page was being a bit difficult with displaying the pre-order badges but managed to get it sorted. I haven't started the sale yet but so far so good!
