Exceptional customer service. We had an urgent situation where a product variant sold out and we needed pre-orders working fast. Rommel and Tudor from the support team jumped on it straight away and were patient, thorough, and genuinely invested in getting it working correctly rather than just closing the ticket. We hit a couple of technical issues on our side along the way, and they tracked both down and got everything sorted the same day. Really impressed with how responsive and knowledgeable the team was. Highly recommend.

We had a few issues with our pre-order settings that were affecting how the pre-order label and shipping dates displayed on our store. The Timesact team was very helpful in identifying the cause and fixing it quickly — great support and fast turnaround.

The app itself is always improving. The new version covers all the pain points that weren't addressed by the previous iteration (bulk uploading preorder SKUs, multiple inventory locations for messages, etc). I would recommend it to anyone, especially those with complex or ongoing back in stocks/preorders/etc.

Fantastic app and outstanding support...

We installed Timesact primarily for its Backorder functionality, which is exactly what we were looking for. It allows us to continue selling products when they are temporarily out of stock, while making it really clear to the customer throughout the purchasing journey that the item is on backorder.

We had a small issue when first installing the app, so contacted the support team. Robert, Tudor, Ken and Marie were incredibly helpful and had everything sorted and working correctly in no time at all.

Support was very easy to contact, communication was excellent, and the speed at which they resolved the problem was genuinely impressive.

The app is now working exactly as we wanted and the Backorder feature in particular is going to be extremely useful for our business.
