Been using this app for a couple of years now. First of, the app is pretty expensive. The app works, however, there is so much clicking around to do. The main problem and the reason for the 2 stars is that the app doesn't work for orders received via Shop Pay, Buy Button or any other accelerated checkout buttons/ apps. The company will be ready to blame Shopify for this. Other than the sleek UI and some customization abilities, nothing good in terms of making it easy for the Shopify seller.

This is a great app, I use it to run pre-sales all the time. The customer support is top notch - they were able to help fix an issue in just minutes, right before I had a launch.

Great App! 2nd year I have used this app for our Christmas catering pre-orders, its super easy to install and set up ad help is at hand when required.
Fits well with my shopify theme and can change colours etc to fit with my brand. I highly recommend this app.

This app is beyond fantastic. We've used it many times for the Pre-Sale and Coming Soon functions which suits our business perfectly. It's so well organized and easy to use, indispensable, really. There are many other functions that will help you run your shop and communicate closely with your customer.

Timesact's customer service is SO excellent. Tonight we had a technical difficulty and were not sure how to solve it...very stressful right before launching 30 new products tomorrow. It's 8pm PST and I thought I'd be stressing all night but decided to send a chat message--chat is very conveniently located right in their app.

To my surprise, Marie immediately answered and proceeded to find and fix the issue in a flash. She was so lovely, knowledgeable and helpful. We'll pick Timesact every single time. Timesact Pre-Order is an absolute must-have. It works great and comes with lots of features that make managing pre-orders super easy. The support team is outstanding — fast, friendly, and really goes above and beyond. Several team members jumped in to help and even extended my theme to make everything fit perfectly.
