I installed two apps before I got Timesact to help me take pre-orders. Both had some technical issues so I deleted them right away. I kept checking for another option and found this one. I installed it and everything was easy. However, I noticed my site with some glitches, so I contacted Andrei (the owner) who has a chat option once you install the app. He found some code that remained from the other two pre-order apps that weren't allowing my website to work properly with his. He cleaned it and helped me set up everything I needed and the way I needed to start offering pre-sales. With that customer support, you can't go wrong. The app works great now.

Highly recommended shopify app! Their free plan has enough features to get my small business going with some Coming Soon products. I have never seen a customer support this quick and efficient! Their email support can help you fix coding issues in minutes, especially if you have a customized theme that some features of their app doesn't automatically apply.

5 stars for sure! The app is great and has a lot of features. Also, I've reached out twice for support and it has always been timely and with great results.
The free onboarding session is definitely worth it to learn about all the features available that are easy to enable. I like that I can use one app for several things (pre-orders, coming soon, back in stock), which makes it easier to manage my store.
Functionality for what we are after is great - but the service that came with setting this up was FANTASTIC! 1:1 onboarding with June answered all my questions and more. Amazing customer support so far! 10/10 recommend.
