My first time using the app for my first ever pre-order sale, and i'm really happy. I had some issues/confusion with set up and the customer support was very impressive. I got a 30 minute call with someone, and then really great email support with a few other issues, which were then fixed for me. Highly recommend!
This app is exactly what I needed and incredibly user-friendly. Although I encountered some issues with my theme not displaying the badges, the customer support was exceptional. They responded quickly and made sure everything looked perfect.
Does what it says on the tin and really helpful and speedy support chat too. I use it every year for our Christmas pre-orders.
This is my first Shopify experience and first experience with this app. I'm not the most tech savvy person and was having difficulty getting things set up. I emailed the support team on a Saturday night around 11:30pm, they had already responded by Sunday morning at 1am. We emailed back and forth all day on Sunday to get my questions answered so I was able to launch my Shopify store in time! I wasn't even expecting an answer until Monday at the earliest. That first day, we were able to bring in over $2,000 in sales, and that would not have been possible without the help of this team! I cannot recommend this app enough! AMAZING customer service!
Jolo was great at getting the app up and running on my website. I launched my made-to-order products this week, and the app provides the information I want my customers to know. :)
I reached out to their chat support for an issue with my pre-order products and within a minute I was able to talk to someone and resolve my issue. Very easy fix and they provided screenshots on what to do. Very reassuring. Thank you!
Pricing structure allowed us to start a Pre-Order campaign to see if this type of sales structure would work for aspects of our business. I set up a customer service call and got an additional 10 pre-orders which helps as a new business. I have not tried the In Stock or Back in Stock emails yet, but the Pre-Order functionality was solid.
We've been using the app for several weeks now and are very happy with how well it works. The customer service has been incredibly helpful and even managed to ensure the app works seamlessly when discount codes are applied.

Very easy app to install and use. It does a great job of walking you through the process. They also offer free set-up assistance, and they are very accommodating. I got to work with Jolo - who was super friendly and knowledgeable.
