Just downloaded the app today and can easily say that the support is fantastic! I needed a few tweaks done for my website and Pam was very helpful, efficient and polite. I look forward to using this app and putting it into action!

I needed to get this up and running quickly. I tried for a few minutes but ran into a problem with my logo. I went ahead and booked a meeting via their Calendly link. I should have done that at the beginning! June immediately jumped in and explained things so clearly. It helped me get everything up and running in under an hour. I wish all customer service were this helpful! We could accomplish so much if everyone were like June at Timesact! June, you rock! Thank you for your time! AMAZING customer service! Nothing like a real human with real skills and an awesome personality!

I went viral all of a sudden and the onboarding talk chat was an absolute Life saver! I had no idea about this app, but I am so glad I found it and use it now. It is a complete timesaver with preorders and back in stock. The gentleman who explained everything was informative and showed me things I didn't know, and I can't wait to start using it monthly.
