They are incredible! My experience has been nothing but amazing and profound. Initially, I had issues with my pre-orders selections, and one of the reps, ‘D’ had amazingly rectified the issue within the matter of minutes. Also, they go above and beyond. I’m truly grateful! Truly A1
Andrei responded to my query on a Sunday and had it fixed in 30 minutes!! Couldn't recommend this app more - if you offer pre-sales, you need this app

Great onboarding and support! They took their time to explain in detail all the steps needed to get set up.

Confusing at first, but once you go through the onboard presentation the app is really easy to use and very helpful for sales.
Timesact and the customer support I received directly from Andrei were out of this world as we prepared our site prior to airing on "Shark Tank!" With the uncertainty of how soon we would run out of product, and how much traffic to expect from the airing, Andrei went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up and would run smoothly when our stock ran out, per variant.
