We were looking for an app that could optimize the Sales process when our Bestseller Product is out of stock and this app helps perfectly to do that.
The Customer Service is amazing!!! They really provided us the answers of every question and issues we might experience as a beginner on Pre orders. Definitely recommend it.

June was amazing with the onboarding process, she was very patient and kindly assisted me set up pre-ordered on my website. She answered all my questions and kindly took me through all the steps! I am very happy with it all thank you!

I installed the app and needed some help to tweak some settings so as to exactly match my theme's styling. I reached out to support and they responded quickly and provided a fantastic service. They understood my requirements, were conscientious, polite and very thorough. I now have the app set up exactly as I need it. So definitely a 5-star rating is deserved for the app and for the support provided. Now I will just sit back and wait for all of the pre-orders to some though :-)
Great customer service, easy & simple interface, and easy to use. I like how it is charging based on the number of pre-orders you need and can be canceled at any time when you don't need it anymore.

Great customer service and quick response. Works well and easy to understand. Easy to update products.
We have recently integrated this app onto our website and are very pleased with the onboarding experience. The Timesact support team were very informative and attentive during the whole process. We would recommend Timesact to anybody looking for a pre-order app that's new to Shopify!
The free version of the app does just what I needed done for my coming soon/upcoming drops page! Princess was also great when I reached out to get the app to behave as I needed.
