The app is easy to navigate. If you have any questions, a team member is ready to assist you fast and courteous.
Informative and simple onboarding - everything clear and they help you get started pretty quickly. So far so good!
Their customer support is incredible and their dedication to customer satisfaction was beyond my expectations. I asked for new features and even compatibility with an app that does not work with any pre-order app. They never said no, they delivered some of the features already and are hard at work (even during the holiday season) on the app compatibility with Advanced Product Options. The app is easy to set up and constantly being improved. I highly recommend it and would encourage any store owner to get in touch with them if they have any feature requests or questions.

I think its a cool app. Its a lot easier to use being that I switch from one other app to this. I had an simple issue and I contact support and he was able to fix it right away. I am know able to do a preorder for my store.

Amazing! I was a little confused at 1st but I love how I did the onboarding session, and everything was explained to me and it is very easy and simple to use.
