I signed up for Timesact and as a visual learner, I didn't want to read any instructions! Within 5 minutes of signing up, I had managed to book a Zoom training session. This was hosted by June and in 30 minutes she covered all the basics, resolved any queries and kept me informed about different ways to utilise the platform.
