The app is very easy to use. Integrated seamlessly with our Shopify store. I needed some assistance figuring things out so I set up a call with their support team. It was really easy to schedule a time. Jolo was incredibly helpful, answered all of my questions and helped me finish my setup for preorders!

It has been great so far for us! We are only using it for Pre-orders but there are a lot of other capabilities. The interface is easy to navigate and nice looking. I tried a few other apps and this one was the most customizable and looks the best on the site. I had a free set up call with Jolo who did a great job explaining everything. Thank you!

I've tried different preorder apps and Timesact is one of the best. I definitely recommend this if you're in need of a preorder app. User-friendly and the support team is fantastic and quick.
