I really love how simple to use this app is for my pre-order list. A lot of options to play around with. Also their live chat option is great with very fast response and very helpful.

Really good support. When I needed the app to come through before a big launch Andrei was able to fix it right away. App has great potential and I wasn't able to find another pre order app with a discount feature and ribbon feature in one.

Awesome pre order app with great functionality and super easy to use. Support is off-the-charts awesome. Andrei was quick to help me with some quick customisations and also personally messaged me about a recent update thats got the app working even faster. Great stuff - 5 stars all round.

I rate the support 5 stars because Andrei was very kind and very fast at responding to my emails. He was patient with me as I asked numerous questions, and ultimately was able to solve my overall issue. I just started my membership, so I cant quite say how its working for me as I am still learning to navigate my store, plugin, etc.. but I wouldn't mind coming back with a follow up review.

We used this App for pre-orders of The DanceSocks. We needed to give our manufacturers in North Carolina a chance to catch up after Covid. This App worked perfectly. Our customers were happy and it really helped keep things rolling. The support was incredible!

Made pre-order option very easy to add to our store. integration was very straightforward. exactly what our shop needed. Andrei was also very responsive and helpful in accommodating my questions. My concern was clarified right away. Highly recommend! :)

The price is reasonable, so I plan to continue using it in the future. I was worried because I didn't understand English, but the person in charge politely responded in Japanese when I knew that it was a Japanese site.
The speed is quick and the response is very good.
I'm looking forward to additional updates.

プレオーダーボタンの文言が変わらずお問い合わせしてみたら、日本語のお問い合わせにも丁寧に素早く、そしてわかりやすく日本語で対応してくれました。
皆さんももし設定に困ったことがあったらお問い合わせするといいです、1時間程度ですべて解決しました。
アプリの機能性が素晴らしいだけでなく、サービス面でも安心できる開発者です。

Die App ist super kann ich jeden nur Empfehlen wer seine Umsätze steigern will. Einfache Bedienung alles auf Deutsch übersetzbar und im Chat bekommt man direkte Hilfe auf Deutsch wenn man Fragen und Hilfe bei bei Installationen von Funktionen auf Themes braucht. Weiter so!

I just started using this app and it is good so far. The best part is the free one-on-one demo that they provide. I had Jolo and he was so patient and great. He answered all of my questions in a clear and concise way!
