Great app and service! Especially thanks Andrei's countless and quick help! I tried multiple pre-order apps and finally landed on this one. 1. The pre-order UI matches our theme. Andrei also help to update the pre-order label match our theme too which is a great plus!
2. When I just used the app there is a conflict with the button state on our theme. Andrei quickly helped to fix it and cleaned up our code from other apps. 3. We have regional stores, Andrei has a lot of patience and quickly updated all the changes to our regional stores too. The app works great so far! Simple and exactly what we are looking for.

I chose Timesact as a preorder app based on the reviews and am very glad I did. The app is fairly straightforward to use; however, I discovered that given my custom store template the pre-order button was appearing only on product pages and not the home page. As other reviewers mentioned, Andrei is incredibly responsive. After setting up an onboarding call, Andrei arrived prepared to talk through a solution, oriented me to the app features I had not yet used, and provided clear instructions for next steps. The custom implementations were complete and functional within a few hours of our call. As a free plan user this is exactly the kind of support that would make me want to upgrade!

Excellent app for pre orders. We have tried so many different apps that it is refreshing to find one that actually makes our life easier. They also have great support.

This is a great addition to my shop as I make quite unique items and only make one at a time so instead of them showing as sold out now I can offer them as pre order. I like the discount feature you can use too, offering an incentive to customers to buy pre order. I had some issues getting it to work with my theme but Andrei fixed it perfectly, very quickly and even provided a video on how use it for best effect tailored to my shop. Very impressed with the communication and speed of his customer service.
