We have been using this app for over a year now. I am not a techy kind of person and a lot of this stuff straight up scares me. The set up of this app was painless. I had a conference call and my hand was held through the initial process. Over the year a few things popped up I needed to change things or something didn't work after an update to our theme. In both cases support was super easy and VERY helpful. I feel confident that using this app was a great decision and has made it possible to pre-order products without confusion or hassle for our customers.

We are a leather and canvas goods manufacturing and retail business. We produce our goods in small batches, locally, only an hour away from our store. We also do a lot of made to order products, meaning an effective pre-order system is essential to the function of our business so we are able to keep track of our production board and maintain customer satisfaction. I was previously using a different app that regularly broke and it was very difficult to get in touch with customer service, despite paying for this service. Since I have switched, it has been nothing but absolute ease and delight. It was simple to set up, including the guided call which was immensely helpful. I have twice been in touch with their support line twice after the guided call and had someone answer within 30 seconds and had effective, personalised help, including some custom coding put into our theme to ensure the pre-order button appeared correctly. This problem was sorted within 15 minutes of starting a chat, helping out business continue to run smoothly.

Very happy with this app.

The app has allowed us to offer pre-orders on sizes and styles that we don't yet have, and make sure that customers can buy any of our products even if they are out of stock.

Also, devs have been very quick to respond.

Excellent way to arrange a pre-order function on your shopify store! They also ACTUALLY help when you send an email to customer service, and solve issues quickly!

This is app is great for growing business. Having an apparel store, we have so many different products, and we operate with very low stock. Having a pre-order allows us to keep the sales going.

The customer support is always responsive and has solved my technical issues promptly.

This app can do more than what we are using it for, but as far as allowing pre-orders and back-orders go, it works a treat.

You can setup templates or defaults for a lot of functionality, and it works out the box with most themes almost perfectly.

For any instances where a customised theme meant some things were slightly amiss, support was more than happy to ehlp!

Tech support is very responsive and takes your issues at heart. I had the chance to review my set up of the app with them and make sure that all was in order as well as learn a few tricks.
They even gave us a few more free pre-orders before we can subscribe to a plan. Very satisfied!
