I had a virtual meeting with Andrei regarding navigating the Timesact app and I couldn't have hoped for a better guide. Andrei gave me sufficient information and resources to explore the app myself with the option of scheduling additional sessions with him. Most importantly, I felt empowered after our half hour session. I felt more confident and closer to launching my store. I am so grateful for having received his help in such a professional, kind, and patient manner.
予約販売アプリを探していた所、こちらを見つけました。エディター画面が日本語に対応しており、他の海外アプリに比べ使いやすいです。割引設定も出来るので、探していた機能あるアプリでした。サポートが親切・丁寧です。
バッジの表示と色変えをお願いした所、実装してもらえました。日本語で質問しても対応してくれます。返信と解決がとても早く助かりました。日本からリリースされているアプリより手頃な料金なのも良いですね。

I ran into an issue with a few of my pre-orders and customer support did a PHENOMENAL job with being urgent but also walking me through the steps. I am beyond satisfied.
Definately 5 stars! Very good design, and excellent support. You could not find better one than this.
Its localisation support is also excellent!

I am new at this APP and had the best help and experience with ANDREI! Andrei was professional, fast, and very kind!! If I could give more stars I would!
The app is easy to use and very intuitive. The support team is awesome. And you only start paying after the first 10 concluded pre-orders.
Guy's I could not figure this app out, so instead of deleting the app, I got in touch with support and Andrei got in touch thru Instagram (cool) and walked me thru and it looks great. Thanks' Andrei
