We needed a pre-order option for our customers, since we sell food products and season products, it helps us keep everything fresh. Timesact provided everything we wanted and more. Not only was installation easy, managing the products we assigned to pre-orders was fast and with good customization options out the gate, with more features on the way. We are running a theme that has quick add buttons, one message to Andrei and he sorted out all the coding for the app to recognize our themes feature, all while keeping theme code changes to minimum and properly documented. Exceptional onboarding experience with Rommel, and the app checks all of my pre-sale and back-in-stock needs.
I was looking for a singular app that would allow me to do pre-sale/pre-orders and communicate that an item was back-in-stock, without having to install multiple apps to do that. Timesact is precisely what our business/brand needed.
The app is user-friendly and the onboarding session (it's free btw) with Rommel was courteous, friendly, knowledgeinformative and we even used the session to set up one of my products for pre-order and demonstrate how the app would perform for our products from an end to end perspective.
