The customer assistance team was extremely patient and very detailed with their solutions. They were very well versed and were able to give the correct instruction and solve the issue. I appreciate the effort and would give a special mention to Angel who was the executive who helped solve my query .
5 stars! Support was super helpful and answered questions in a very short period of time. I tried four similar apps in total and was not happy with customer support that was never available. The Timesact guys actually answer questions like real human beings, instead of sitting behind a chat bot that never gets back to you. As long as I have pre-order items in my merch store, I will continue to use this app, and look forward to the additional features they will be adding in the future.

Timesact has been awesome so far! So easy to use - very user friendly. And the free setup support call is awesome. I personally had Jolo do my setup support call and he was so friendly and helpful.

Really enjoying working with this app and finding the support very good, it is being able to fulfil all the extra labelling of products we were wanting - can recommend
I can't recommend this app enough. Its interface is intuitive and really easy to set up. It offers so much more than other apps in the market and is the best among those I have tried out so far. What impressed me the most is its world-class support and communication. Not only is their team super friendly and personal, I also got the help I needed within minutes (and it was almost midnight!!). Thank you so much Andrei and I can't wait to see the new features that will be coming soon!
