Save us lots of time and money. Help is 10/10 from their staff. Any little issue they can help quickly. Tried two other apps and the support was not good. This app is a lifesaver and its very user friendly.
Really easy to use app. Team were fantastic in helping get it applied to our site and also cleaning up some of the code with had from a previous app used. Incredibly Supportive, Highly recommended

I had got instant assistance this will defiantly assist me to make sure I don't miss a opportunity in a lost sale as it allows the customer to make the choice. Love to see now that it gets me those opportunities

It's easy to use and stress-free. I've tried several pre-order apps, and this one is very suitable for a small business run by an individual like mine. And the speed and accuracy of the support is great!

Free onboarding session is a must. Didn't take a full hour, host (June) was very patient with my questions and walked me through every option or setting feature I had a question about.

We are just starting up our business & website and needed to set up pre-orders. I looked at a number of different apps on the app store and landed on Timesact because it looked easy to use and had great customer support. After adding it to our store, I can confirm that it is extremely user-friendly! I also reached out to them so I could get a badge added to our photos, and Andrei was super quick to respond! He explained everything step-by-step, quickly added what we needed, and followed up to make sure we were happy with it. I highly recommend this app!
