Extra quick help when preorder buttons didn't work. The app seems very intuitive.
Great app and even better support - had a one-on-one zoom introduction the same day I installed the app. The Jolo from their team gave a 5 star service - even did some custom editing while we had 30 min chat. Highly recommended!
We added a product that was coming soon. The back in stock notification feature is very nice. Support was able to adapt the app to my theme very quick. Thank you!
I just had my on-boarding call with this app's team. They were very patient and helped my set up my store with the app. Everything works well and I am excited to start preselling some products!
The onboarding session was so helpful, I started playing around with the app when I first downloaded it and I got stuck half way through, The on boarding session really helped clarify and supported me in where I was confused and stuck. Instead of reading a help support page, having someone there to speak to and show you some tricks and recommendations was super helpful. Thank you so much!
Onboarding session was great! Jolo was amazing. Answered all questions! So far it was very user friendly, intuitive and straight forward! I am sure the app will be great once it is used on the website.
I had a incredibly helpful set up meeting! Everything was very clearly explained. I haven't started selling on the app yet but it seems straightforward and easy to use.
The only negative is that the Pre-Sale button takes about one second to appear on the site so the shop buttons is visible when opening the page.

Onboarding was super great. I tend to be tech-savvy so I rolled my eyes at the prompt to set up an onboarding call. After playing around with the app myself it felt intuitive and easy, so much so that I almost canceled the onboarding call. I'm glad I didn't--the care and attention taken to our store, and our customers was fantastic. Little details that I missed were caught, and overall I understand the platform better and I know our customers will have an elevated experience as a result. Great job!
