Great Pre-order app that covers all of our requirements and very helpful customer support. Recommend.
Setting up the app was super easy and we did our first pre-sale item with one minor issue. I set up a phone chat with support and Jolo explained the setting I needed to change to fix the issue and it was solved. Great customer service, awesome app!
Jonathan was most helpful, not only quickly resolving my issues but also proactively suggesting improvements and applying them after my consent.

The app is working great for us. Some of their pre-order features didn't work for our custom theme, but the issue was fixed quickly after contacting the support team.
Rommel helped me and got it set up in 5 minutes! I literally do not know how to do anything in shopfiy so I was so nervous to install a new app but we got it done, it is working, and I couldn't be happier.
