Easy to use! Customer support was amazing and super quick as resolving my matters. I tried all the pre-order apps and this was by far the easiest and fastest to set-up, and the best customer service.

Jonathan was fantastic and cordial, taking the time to cover the features I could use to handle pre-orders the way I wanted in my store. The app is clean and straightforward and the pricing is a great value for what it brings to help improve my customer's experience. It will also resolve unnecessary confusion around pre-orders and product availability.

I had a incredibly helpful set up meeting! Everything was very clearly explained. I haven't started selling on the app yet but it seems straightforward and easy to use.
The only negative is that the Pre-Sale button takes about one second to appear on the site so the shop buttons is visible when opening the page.

Timesact is a fantastic pre-order and 'restock notification' app. The UI is very simple to understand and works flawlessly. We had some concerns about order management and tags, etc. But after running two major pre-order rounds, we have experienced zero issues.

I'd definitely recommend taking advantage of Timesact's free Onboarding calls. The reps are very helpful and can get the app setup within 30 minutes. Shopify is forcing major updates for apps like Timesact, and the Onboarding rep explained the whole process to me and reassured me that our store and app will continue to function normally.
