I had the onboarding session with Leslie, it was great. She well explained and all clear. Easy to use.
the Only note I can suggest is to be able to see the number of pre order per items/sise- easy way to place a back order without missing an order.

The app is easy enough to use, but the 5 stars really go to their support team! They made setup a breeze and when I did have a question weeks after the onboarding, they responded and helped me fix my mistake within minutes. 11/10 experience.
