I tried a couple different apps to allow a backorder feature on my website and none of them worked how I wanted. I finally came across the Preorder Notify Me app and it did exactly what I needed. Everything was fairly easy to get setup and Kenneth from their support team was great to work with. I had a small functionality issue between the app and my specific Shopfiy template, but Kenneth was able to quickly resolve the issue and help guide me through some of the other features. Would recommend if you're looking for an app that allows for pre-orders or backorders.
Pricing structure allowed us to start a Pre-Order campaign to see if this type of sales structure would work for aspects of our business. I set up a customer service call and got an additional 10 pre-orders which helps as a new business. I have not tried the In Stock or Back in Stock emails yet, but the Pre-Order functionality was solid.
Jolo was great at getting the app up and running on my website. I launched my made-to-order products this week, and the app provides the information I want my customers to know. :)
Needed help getting the badge to show and sent a message through the in-app chat. 45 seconds later, all of my problems were fixed. Bravo!
The support team deserves special mention. They’re responsive, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. This app has made it easy to manage pre-orders and more. Highly recommend it to any Shopify store owner!
Rommel was SO PATIENT and SO KIND. I asked a gazillion questions and he kindly answered each one. This app is missing a feature that I wanted but because of the amazing customer service, I'm fine waiting for them to develop it. I'm telling you - I installed/tested four other apps and nobody would help me in a timely fashion except Rommel! 10 STARS and so much appreciation for the help and true feeling of partnership. Keep crushing it!
Exceptional Pre-Order Support and Service!
I recently started using Kairock Partners SRL for managing pre-orders on my Shopify store, and it’s been a game-changer. Louie, the support rep, connected with me quickly, listened to my issue, and even accessed our account to fix it within minutes. The super-fast and efficient customer service exceeded my expectations, especially with an international customer on hold. Highly recommended for anyone needing reliable pre-order management and outstanding support!
Their interface takes a bit of learning curve to adapt, but their customer service is excellent, rapid reply and fix issues.
Does what it says on the tin and really helpful and speedy support chat too. I use it every year for our Christmas pre-orders.
My first time using the app for my first ever pre-order sale, and i'm really happy. I had some issues/confusion with set up and the customer support was very impressive. I got a 30 minute call with someone, and then really great email support with a few other issues, which were then fixed for me. Highly recommend!
