I've only just installed but it's looking very good so far. The set up tutorials make it a breeze, we had a glitch during set up so I contacted support and they had the problem remedied in minutes.

We needed a pre-order option for our customers, since we sell food products and season products, it helps us keep everything fresh. Timesact provided everything we wanted and more. Not only was installation easy, managing the products we assigned to pre-orders was fast and with good customization options out the gate, with more features on the way. We are running a theme that has quick add buttons, one message to Andrei and he sorted out all the coding for the app to recognize our themes feature, all while keeping theme code changes to minimum and properly documented. Thank you Andrei and Timesact.

Exceptional onboarding experience with Rommel, and the app checks all of my pre-sale and back-in-stock needs.
I was looking for a singular app that would allow me to do pre-sale/pre-orders and communicate that an item was back-in-stock, without having to install multiple apps to do that. Timesact is precisely what our business/brand needed.
The app is user-friendly and the onboarding session (it's free btw) with Rommel was courteous, friendly, knowledgeinformative and we even used the session to set up one of my products for pre-order and demonstrate how the app would perform for our products from an end to end perspective.
Kudos to the Timesact team for such an awesome app and for having the right customer experience and engagement touchpoints.

The onboarding team was seamless and incredibly helpful to understand the extent of which I can use the app to boost sales for preorder and add notifications for out of office. I also like the ability to be flexible with the plan on an as needed basis.

[UPDATE] Very well designed app. App does a lot of things without custom coding other apps can only do with custom coding that would take forever to get implemented. Definitely one of the very well-thought-of app! Would highly recommend! Jolo from customer support was awesome as he helped and guided me through a couple of very useful functions.

I was very surprised about how fast the customer support was answering me the questions and helping me with my PRE-ORDER stuff. So much respect for these people! Such a good experience from my side!

Quality Service and good product. I had to uninstall as I wanted unlimited pre-orders a month. Will possibly come back if the new app I installed doesn't work. There are many buggy pre-order apps out there but these guys are willing to go the extra mile and uninstall those bad themes from those apps.

Great tech support. They stayed with me until we have everything running.
