Been using this app for a couple of years now. First of, the app is pretty expensive. The app works, however, there is so much clicking around to do. The main problem and the reason for the 2 stars is that the app doesn't work for orders received via Shop Pay, Buy Button or any other accelerated checkout buttons/ apps. The company will be ready to blame Shopify for this. Other than the sleek UI and some customization abilities, nothing good in terms of making it easy for the Shopify seller.

The app has worked extremely well to fix my problem. There were a few formatting issues for my template that the team was able to fix within hours. A great app and an even better team behind it!

SUPER fast resolution to a tiny visual issue. Very robust app with incredible support!

We tried several other preorder apps and all of them just couldn't provide the fast support and customized solutions we really needed. Timesact has been BEEYOND incredible. Super fast responses, very thorough, and has completely heard my every request and has even been able to do some incredible customizations to get our preorder statuses acting AND LOOKING exactly how we want. I can't recommend this app enough. Very worht the money and so easy to set up!

This is a great app, I use it to run pre-sales all the time. The customer support is top notch - they were able to help fix an issue in just minutes, right before I had a launch.

Have used the app on many stores and it works flawlessly. Reached out to customer service when notification badges were not working correctly on my customized theme and they were able to get the badges up and running quickly and communication was fantastic
