Am fost atat de multumita de aceasta aplicatie incat am instalat-o si pe un al 2 lea website. Nici nu stiam cate comenzi pierdeam pentru ca ramaneam fara stocuri, pana cand am vazut cate pre-comenzi primesc. Foarte usor de instalat, configurat si operat. La un moment dat am avut nevoie de suport pentru a configura ceva si Andrei m-a ajutat imediat. Imi place si faptul ca abonamentele sunt foarte flexibile: pot sa cumperi un plan mai mare cand ai nevoie si sa te intorci la planul mai mic atunci cand ai stocuri suficiente. Recomand aceasta aplicatie, incercati-o, nu aveti ce pierde, doar de castigat daca va aduce mai multe vanzari.

Listen up!!!! If you're looking for an easy to use, low-priced fast & friendly customer service, THIS IS IT!!!! If I could give the customer service a 10 I would!!! Most apps ask 30-40 dollars as a down payment. I wasn't sure I was going to get preorders, so this app was like heaven sent. Your first 10 orders are free!! This is amazing if you dont know how well your business or certain product will do yet. I didn't want to create more expenses than profit so that's why I choose for this app. But the customer service blew me away!!! Instead of starting to charge you immediately when you pass 10 orders (free plan), they contact you first to notify you that you need to upgrade. I am so so so so happy!! This is my go to app for preorders from now on. Client for liferssss!!!

These guys rock! I had a couple of instances where installing other apps interfered with theirs and they fixed it within a few hours. My latest incident was caused by an upgrade in my theme and they took care of it in less than 30 minutes. Best of all, they fixed another issue I had and that was totally unrelated to their app.

Andrei has been so helpful getting my pre-order/in-stock badges set up. The process was very easy and helped relieve stress I was having since I couldn't fix it myself and it was important the pre-order feature worked ASAP. Andrei responded within 3hrs of my initial email to customer support and helped immediately! Once the issue was resolved Andrei let me know that I was able to email anytime and he'd be able to help. I feel relieved knowing I have a direct contact that is reliable, professional and knowledgeable that I can reach out to in case something needs to be fixed. Una aplicación muy buena para las reservas , es muy sencilla de utilizar , creas plantillas con las fechas aproximadas de lanzamiento de las reservas y las aplicas a los productos , salen muy bien reflejadas en la pagina web para que los clientes las puedan ver , otro factor importante es que puedes ir asignando las reservas por categorías y asi no tienes que ir articulo por articulo si tienes una categoría entera para una fecha en concreto , estoy encantada con la aplicación y atención al cliente fantásticos , tienen un chat dentro de la aplicación que te resuelven todas las dudas y son muy rápidos . La recomiendo 100 por 100

O aplicatie foarte utila, care permite utilizatorilor magazinului nostru sa comande produse care nu sunt disponibile in stoc. Avand un magazin nou, majoritatea produselor erau disponibile doar pe baza de comanda, dar existau si cateva produse disponibile in stoc. Prin aceasta aplicatie am putut sa afisam cantitatile disponibile si in acelasi timp sa permitem clientilor sa plaseze comenzi si pentru celelalte produse. Aplicatia este utila si pentru a crea comenzi de pre-vanzare si a seta alerte de revenire in stoc pentru produsele indisponibile. Suportul echipei de dezvoltare a fost excelent, au raspuns rapid la toate intrebarile noastre si au ajutat la integrarea aplicatiei perfect in tema Expanse pe care o folosim.
