Preorder Notify Me Pre‑Order T

Probably the best experience I have ever had with support for an app. The onboarding session was extremely helpful and it was so much easier to understand everything with being able to actually talk to the representative rather than to type in chat or emails. Great company with a great product!

Customer Service was fantastic, Andrei helped fix an issue with the badges on our products and we could not be happier. Great App, Great Customer Service.

Jolo was the best support rep I've ever talked to. The first setup call they give you is free and he (in real time) edited my website theme and product pages.

Now there will be NO CONFUSION or angry emails when we do pre orders and clothing drops.

The Timesact onboarding process was really pleasant and all of the questions I had were concisely answered.

Awesome support! Had a really small issue with the pre-order button in our custom theme and the support team had it all sorted in no time. Great app!

I searched and installed so many pre-order apps (literally almost every single pre-order app on Shopify lol)
Among all the apps, why did I choose Timesact? 2 reasons.
1. So easy to use. Even I could set up that means everyone can install and st up.
2. Customer Support is just AMAZING!! While I was waiting for the responses from all the other app companies, Timesact is the ONLY ONE that responded immediately and resolved all the problems.
They even fixed the problems I caused since I installed many apps randomly and that caused the problems for the Timesact app to work properly. They fixed it quickly and it is now working perfectly. I would say "Just try this app and don't waste your time looking for another app." This is my honest review!

Very simple and helpful app for my store) We don't have a lot of items in stock, and very often our products are "OUT of STOCK" on site, and this app helps us don't lose our clients)) We have now a lot of pre-orders!)

This app has been awesome for our store - saves us a lot of time and works really well in the backend. The main room for improvement is to stop the second or 2 lag time that occurs with the change from the 'add to cart' to 'pre-order' button in the product listing. Overall I would recommend the app!
