Very nice support. Very quick and helpful. They even did a video to show me what I needed to do to fix a problem.

Exceptional service. An app that makes the logistics much easier especially if you are new to Shopify. And the free consulting session on how to use the app was excellent.

Very easy to setup. The support team guided me through the setup, and went through all the features.

Easy to implement, they can just match most the elements to your theme (easy) and they will set it up together with you with a video meeting immediately after you install. I selected and had it running nicely within 3 hours for a presale. Great customer service, nice people and happy to jump in your site and fix anything. Mostly bugless.
Some nice features, like if you have a mixed preorder and in-stock order, they can do a popup that lets them know it wont ship till the preorder is restocked.

The app was soooo easy to set up and use! I didn't even have to watch their training.
