LOVE THIS APP. Very easy to use, and when I needed some help, the support team was quick to respond and get me the assistance I needed. Thank you!

Superb customer service, they had our pre-order feature working in minutes versus the countless apps that we tried that would not work with our theme.

Straight forward app. Would recommend to have an onboarding session. Integration went even faster by having a direct call with support team!!!

Haven't used it yet but the customer service provided by Andrei was great. Pre-sale starts this week and I'm looking forward to seeing what it can do.

So far, absolutely amazing!
1 - We were able to create pre-orders within 10 minutes of installing the app. Very user-friendly and had all the features we needed.
2 - One feature wasn't working automatically (the pre-sale badge on product images) and after I emailed them, they fixed it in less than 20 minutes. Congratulations on the customer service.

Such an amazing experience, they walked me through setting me up my account and she was so easy to understand. She covered everything, showed me step by step how to run and customize the settings. The app is very easy to configurate and very user-friendly. The support is very quick and there are not any issues when installed. I recomend it 100%.
I have tried several apps and with Back in stock I have problem with this app both apps works.
Otherwise, you can track alloreder with the tags in the orders and the user know excatly each moment is a pre-order.
