Rommel was SO PATIENT and SO KIND. I asked a gazillion questions and he kindly answered each one. This app is missing a feature that I wanted but because of the amazing customer service, I'm fine waiting for them to develop it. I'm telling you - I installed/tested four other apps and nobody would help me in a timely fashion except Rommel! 10 STARS and so much appreciation for the help and true feeling of partnership. I am not going to lie, this app costs more than some of their competitors but let me say this. it's worth every penny cause IT WORKS. I have tried so many pre order and notify apps and they all just fall short. Don't always work or just lack features. This app works so well it's made my life so easy. The support team are amazing, i had a small issue with check out and they fixed it within a few hours. I am so glad i found this app it really has everything. Such a great product!

This app gives me exactly what I need. Love the features and setup. Excellent customer service. I had a little trouble at one point in the setup setting with one of the features and I reached out to the support team for help, and they were able to fix my issue and got everything running smoothly so quickly. Definitely recommend.
