The app is very easy to use. Integrated seamlessly with our Shopify store. I needed some assistance figuring things out so I set up a call with their support team. It was really easy to schedule a time. Jolo was incredibly helpful, answered all of my questions and helped me finish my setup for preorders!
I’ve been using this app for pre orders for over a year now without any issues at all, last night we encountered our first problem after changing our website theme and our pre orders not working, I got in touch with support and it was resolved within 12 hours. Fantastic service.
The app has been incredible to use and is an essential part of our business. The support team has been top notch (shout out to Pam) and always responsive to troubleshooting issues, which are often responded to and fixed within a matter of minutes. Would highly recommend this app for anyone looking to manage pre-orders.
Robert was able to fix the issue of Backorder showing up on the product page when a product was out of stock by removing the BACKORER badge. Now the potential purchaser is taken to the order page and then will see that the product is sold out and on backorder...BUT will be presented with the option of providing their email so that we can contact them when the product is back in stock and hopefully complete the sale. So now folks won't potentially just "walk away" and we have no idea of who they are and how to follow up with them. Great job, Robert!

This app has been an amazing addition to our site. It has allowed us to set up inventory that, once out of stock, is automatically converted to pre-order. It helps us clearly communicate lead times to our customers both in the product page and in cart. Most of our products are actually made to order, and we've been able to take numerous pre-orders without issue thanks to this app. Easy to set up, easy to update, and responsive customer service.
The video support/Set Up call was excellent. Jolo took the time to explain the nuances of the app which was useful having not used it before. He answered all questions I had and went above and beyond adding some code to our website to ensure the Pre-Order Banner and message were formatted correctly.
He set up a template and added it to one of our products to make sure it was working and displaying correctly. He also went through the full work flow to ensure all messages were where they should be. Great service all round!
The app is simply excellent. It does exactly what is advertised, and does it really well. I have set everything up in half an hour, and started taking pre-orders right away. The support team is remarkable, not only quickly solved the issue I was complaining about, but also found another issue I forgot to tell them about — very proactive and friendly. And the last but not least: I loved their intro session where they explain you the app and help you set it up, it is just great. All in all, an excellent app and a great team!
