The app is very easy to use. Integrated seamlessly with our Shopify store. I needed some assistance figuring things out so I set up a call with their support team. It was really easy to schedule a time. Jolo was incredibly helpful, answered all of my questions and helped me finish my setup for preorders!

Jolo was AWESOME! I had this app and deleted it because I had no idea how to use it but I am SO happy that I booked a support call to understand it! In real-time Jolo walked me through the process and helped me set up my Pre-Order campaigns, as well as gave me insight into how it works, messaging that works well and even walked me through customizations. I am now ready for a huge Mother's Day season with no missed opportunities of sales - THANK YOU!!

The developers of this app are super nice! I contacted them about an error I got after switching theme, they just solved it for me in 10mins, with some detailed tutorials of how to send collaborative code and accepting request attached. Great work, thanks!
The app works as advertised, I would give it 3 or 4 stars just for that.
I gave it 5 stars due to great customer support especially during onboarding. They gave me a full walkthrough of the app, how to use it and even answered some questions on good practices. Thank you Jolo, you were patient with me.
