Preorder Notify Me Pre‑Order T

So far, so good. Andrei took a solid 30 mins explaining all of the features and is helping me install it so that it looks correct visually on the website. Would recommend highly at this point in my experience.

I have been looking for a new pre-order app for a while, since I did not like the one I already used. I found Timesact and installed it to try it out, after installation there was a issue with pre-order was not active on my add to cart button on collections. I then contacted them, and with in a few hours they fixed the problem, and I have to say it's some of the best support I ever had. The app works perfectly, and they are up for feedback form users, if you have a good idea. Try it out you will not be disappointed!

Great app. Does exactly what it's supposed to. But the main star is the developer Andrei who proactively suggested ways to improve the integration and did everything fast and for free. Great experience.

Support is very responsive and helpful. Will get on a call with you if needed, even with short notice. Price is very reasonable for being a small business. A lot of great functionalities. Always room for improvement but overall a solid App.

I have a supplier that only accepts pre-orders so I needed to add that to my store products. Shopify required a third party app for this and Timesact was awesome! The onboarding call was great and they even went in to take a look at the error I was receiving and fixed it on my custom theme. It works beautifully now. The videos are simple to follow and the onboarding team was great. They answered all my questions and even offered solutions for my custom theme and apps to ensure everything integrated proper. This app is so user-friendly and helpful to have for my site. But the best part has been the customer service. I needed help with getting one of the app's features to work correctly with my site's theme, and the app developer was really quick to respond and address my requests.

Amazing service, I had been struggling to get the widgets to work properly but Robert helped me out immediately going above and beyond by removing excess code that was left behind by a previous app. The app has been performing well and looks clean and tidy on my website. I haven't notice any speed delays to my site after installing. Highly recommend.

This was the second app that I tried. This one was much better. It worked with my theme and my AJAX pop-out cart. The set-up was easy. It identified that some further configuration would be needed to put up the pre-order badge on items. I used the chat to have this done and they response immediately and got it working for my theme. They also made it work with my quick view. Its now working really well with all the elements of my website where I have pre-order set up. I'm really pleased with it and the awesome support provided.
