Only days into using this app and the setup is easy with a user friendly platform. Most of all, the support staff is exceptional in being available many hours of the day for urgent matters and they have resolved all of my issues or needs.

So far so good! Onboarding was really helpful and I'd recommend but the app does seem straight forward to use and I like the flexible plan.

Very straightforward, easy to use, and seamless pre-order app. Worked beautifully with our third-party theme which already had its own primitive pre-order capability. Would highly recommend Timesact Discount pre-order. The developer is quick and responsive as well.

I would like to say that Andrei from Timescat support was more than helpful with my problems, i was losing hope with getting my pre-orders to work, thankfully they quickly came to my aid and resolved all of my problems, amazing app with an amazing support team!

We've been testing Pre-Orders with TimesAct on our UK and US Shopify stores. The support team are very proactive with the onboarding process and helping set up products for Pre-Order. So far it's working well, there are a few little nuances around their website that you have to understand (such as waiting for it to apply the pre-order function to the Shopify products) - we also had to speak to support to fix the little 'slash' banners appearing on the collection page but as mentioned, their support is very proactive and fix things immediately. Recommended.

Nous avons eu une problématique, causée par un autre app. et l'équipe de Timesact à répondu sur le champ à notre question, a réglé notre problématique très rapidement, nous a donné des conseils sur l'optimisation que nous pourrions faire avec le logiciel, et ils ont pris le temps de comprendre nos besoins futurs afin de voir ce qui serait possible comme amélioration. Une très grande écoute, une rapidité d'exécution et une ouverture d'esprit. J'ai adoré mon expérience via leur service à la clientèle, je recommande!!

I have only had this app for one day, but I can say now the app and the team are amazing! I would highly recommend this app to anyone that needs a quick and easy preorder solution and there are also many other features I will be using soon!

Most importantly, the FREE Onboarding Call was an excellent touch, any bugs were fixed and my site was even sped up for me by June. Great stuff and I hope this is the start of a long term relationship! :)

FANTASTIC onboarding experience. Just that fact that they're willing to spend 30 minutes going through all my questions with no guarantee that I'll ever even be a customer is awesome. For that reason alone, I will be using Timesact for my store's preorder campaign. The fact that the app itself is simple to use and fulfils all my needs and then some is just a plus. ;)
